Your mission

  • Architecture Leadership & Strategy: You’ll assume overall technical responsibility for Google Workspace architectures for our enterprise clients, from end-to-end conceptualization and high-level design of robust, scalable solutions to strategic integration into existing complex IT landscapes.
  • Leading Technical Requirements Management: As the central technical point of contact, you’ll translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications and guide the engineering team through implementation.
  • Shaping the Future with AI: You’ll drive the integration and implementation of Google Gemini and other generative AI solutions into our clients’ digital workplace strategies to deliver measurable productivity gains.
  • Change Vision & Adoption Strategy: In collaboration with the engineers, you will develop and lead change and adoption programs at the strategic level to successfully embed cultural and process transformation at our clients and ensure maximum value creation from Google Workspace.
  • Expert-Level Enablement: You will design and deliver highly specialized training sessions and workshops for IT teams and enterprise users to impart in-depth technical knowledge and empower our clients.
  • Ecosystem Innovation: You will act as a thought leader, actively monitor the latest trends in the Google Workspace ecosystem, and proactively introduce innovative concepts that benefit our clients and our internal subject matter experts.

Your profile

  • Extensive Experience: Several years of verifiable professional experience in a senior consulting or architecture role in an enterprise environment.
  • In-Depth Expertise: Excellent, in-depth expertise across the entire Google Workspace suite and proven hands-on experience implementing Google Gemini and other generative AI solutions to boost customer productivity.
  • Strategic Change Leadership: Proven success in designing and managing strategic change and adoption programs for large enterprise clients, including stakeholder management at the executive level.
  • Architectural Proficiency: Very solid knowledge of complex IT architectures, particularly in the areas of cloud security, identity and access management (IAM/Zero Trust), and networking, to ensure enterprise-level solution designs.
  • Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical and conceptual skills for quickly grasping complex technical and business challenges.
  • Compelling Communication: Fluent communication and presentation skills in German or English to present complex issues in a manner suitable for C-level executives and influence strategic decisions.
  • Trusted Advisor: Strong customer focus and the ability to build long-term relationships at a strategic level and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Proactive Leadership: A high sense of responsibility and a willingness to take on technical and strategic leadership roles in a project context.
  • Certification Advantage: Relevant Google Cloud/Workspace certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Professional Collaboration Engineer) are a must or a very significant advantage.
  • Team Player and Drive: You stand out for your results-oriented approach and your enthusiasm for collaborating with our diverse team of passionate experts.
