Teamlead Azure Delivery AT(w/m/d)

To support our continued growth, our Azure Squad is looking for an experienced Azure Squad Lead / Team Lead (m/f/d) – DACH Region.

You can expect a leadership role with a high degree of creative freedom, where you will combine disciplinary responsibility with active technical consulting. You will foster team motivation, proactively manage workloads, and guide our mid-market and enterprise clients as a trusted partner.

Working closely with your own Azure Squad, Cloud Management, and client decision-makers, you will drive the successful implementation of innovative cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Take on the disciplinary and technical leadership, as well as the mentoring, of an agile Azure Squad of 5–8 team members, actively fostering their individual professional growth.

• Resource Management & Forecasting: Take ownership of strategic resource and capacity planning, managing your squad’s utilization to guarantee excellent project delivery.

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead complex Azure cloud projects across timeline, budget, and quality, serving as a confident interface between clients, management, and technical teams.

• Active Consulting & Architecture: Go beyond pure administration—actively drive consulting and architecture within our projects. You understand modern cloud architectures and successfully bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements.

• Presales & Stakeholder Management: Actively support presales initiatives and project initiation, skillfully facilitating workshops and executive management meetings.

• Leadership Experience in IT Services: At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, including 1–2 years leading teams (disciplinary or functional) and managing project portfolios within the IT services sector.

• Cloud Foundation: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the Azure ecosystem. Solid understanding of modern cloud architectures, migration scenarios, and operating models. Deep technical knowledge of another hyperscaler is also welcome.

• Organizational & Budgeting Skills: Proven track record in resource planning, forecast management, and monitoring project budgets and risks.

• Communication & Empathy: Confident stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both your team and C-level executives.

• Drive & Team Spirit: Highly results-oriented with genuine enthusiasm for collaborating within a diverse team.

• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both written and spoken German and English for client interactions and international management contexts.
